All orders shipped in Italy are delivered by DHL and require signature upon delivery. Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday within the following hours: 09.00am to 5.30pm.

SHIPPING TO THE REST OF THE WORLD dispatches worldwide. All orders are shipped by DHL from Monday to Friday. All orders require signature upon delivery. Once goods are shipped it is no longer possible to change the delivery address. The expedition is provided by our Express service.

According to the destination, the prices could be different. The VAT will be calculated directly in the final price on all the EU countries. The VAT is not included in the final price on all the Extra EU countries and duties with taxes will be paid directly at the customs (DDU delivery).


Orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4pm. Orders placed before 11 am are shipped within 2 working days after. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
When the order is processed and fulfilled, delivery  times are the following:

•             Italy: 2-3 working days
•             Europe: 2-3 working days
•             USA, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong: 2-3 working days
•             Rest of the world: 2-3 working days is not responsible for delays in shipments due to the weather conditions, international customs issues or other circumstances beyond the control of


All parcels shipped by are insured until the delivery to the final customer. At the time of delivery by the Courier, the Customer is required to check:
(I) that the number of boxes corresponds to the one indicated on the delivery note;
(II) that the packaging is intact, not damaged or modified, including the sealing materials. Any damage to the packaging and/or product or the lack of parcel or information has to be immediately notified to the Courier. Once the delivery document is signed without any dispute, the customer can not open any claim regarding the delivery parcel.​
If anomalies are detected, customer must report them as soon as possible by maintaining the packaging for the necessary checks.​


As required by the international laws governing imports and exports, all orders are shipped with an official invoice declaring the truthful total amount of the merchandise purchased. According to the international laws the undervaluation of the items and the declaration of those items as GIFT, is illegal.


Shipments outside the European Community of items made of special leather, require an additional document for export called CITES (Convention on International Trade in species of wild fauna and flora threatened with extinction). Further information could be found at: The documents are granted by the "Fishing Wildlife and Game Custom" and require 14 working days to be processed. Because of the processing time, the shipment may be delayed.


We hope you will love everything that you order from us, but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return. We’ll give you a refund by the same method you used to pay within 7 days after your returned item(s) is received at our warehouse. Please ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags, accessories and original packaging.
Shoes must be returned with their original boxes, dust bags and cards, when you try them on stand on a carpeted surface to protect the soles. Swimwear briefs and swimsuits can only be returned if the sanitary liner strip is intact. Any faulty item can be returned. Any non-faulty item that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.

1. Send an email to indicating your order number and request your RAN (return authorization number). Please, note that the label you find inside the parcel will be activated after that and will expire within 10 days.
2. Place the item(s) you wish to return in a suitable box, (e.g. the one you got from, pack the item(s) safely and put the original invoice inside.
3. Stick the self-adhesive return label to your parcel. If your return comes from extra EU country fill the marked fields of the commercial invoice you will find inside the box.
4. Contact your local DHL to arrange the pick up.
