Glamourous brands from the international fashion apparel and accessories panorama, as well as young designers and avant-garde, niche labels, are hosted in the refined spaces of her ateliers. After forty years of career, guided by her own passion and enthusiasm, in 2011 Tiziana Fausti opens her sixth sale-channel: the online boutique, which represents the most prestigious international Men's, Women's and Children's clothing and accessories' brands, with a selection of the best emerging designers. In the perspective of the digital development, the company is looking for a Digital Merchandiser, with the task of supporting the growth of the E-commerce Marketplace channel, coordinating with different work teams.

 

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSON WITH ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS AND WILL PARTICULARLY DEAL WITH:

• Developing a strategic Merchandising plan for the Digital channels, for all product /Brand categories to maximize sales/profits in accordance with the financial and business objectives

• The Digital Merchandiser will organize meetings with Buyers and Sales team, securing strategic and analytical support with the aim of ensuring the achievement of profits, sales and other financial objectives (payments, etc.)

• Developing weekly, seasonal and annual “Digital Merchandising Plans” by product categories

• Generating “business tactics” according to the market trends, suggesting open-to-buy and optimizing purchases

• Making sales forecasts based on data/historical series and analysis received from the Buyers

• Developing and evaluating plans, projections, inventory flows and goods disposal at the end of the season

• Analyzing seasonal sales and review the plans to maximize sales and profits

• Proposing recommendations to the Top Management on short-and-long-term plans

• Searching for new opportunities with suppliers

• Constantly checking warehouse stock to optimize goods rotation

• Monitoring budget steadily correlating with the buying team

 

REQUIRED SKILLS

1. Experience of at least 2/3 years in the role, within the luxury & fashion sector

2. Previous experience in an e-Commerce reality and/or in multiband or retail companies

3. Experience with Google Analytics

4. Strong analytical skills

5. Interest and deep knowledge of the fashion and lifestyle fields

6. Optimal knowledge of Office and particularly of Excel

7. Must speak English fluently

8. Triennial degree or Master in luxury-fashion or a similar field of study
