TIZIANAFAUSTI.COM ships all over the world with DHL Express delivery. All orders require signature upon delivery. DHL delivers from Monday to Friday within the following hours: 09.00am to 5.30pm. Once the order has been dispatched it is no longer possible to change the destination address.

The shipping cost will be displayed in the cart during the checkout process next to the product price.
According to the destination, the prices could be different. The VAT will be calculated directly in the final price on all the EU countries. In all Extra EU Countries, taxes and duties are included in the final price (DDP delivery).
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm. Orders placed before 11 am are shipped within two working days. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Once the order is dispatched, delivery times are as follow:
• Italy: 2-3 working days
• Europe: 2-3 working days
• USA, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong: 2-3 working days
• Rest of the world: 2-3 working days
TIZIANAFAUSTI.COM is not responsible for shipments delays due to weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of TIZIANAFAUSTI.COM.
All parcels shipped by TIZIANAFAUSTI.COM are insured until the delivery to the final customer. At the time of delivery by the Courier, the Customer is required to check:
(I) that the number of boxes corresponds to the one indicated on the delivery note;
(II) that the packaging is intact, not damaged or modified, including the sealing materials. Any damage to the packaging and/or product or the lack of parcel or information has to be immediately notified to the Courier. Once the delivery document is signed without any dispute, the customer can not open any claim.
If anomalies are detected, Customer must report them as soon as possible by keeping the packaging for the necessary checks.
As required by the international laws about imports and exports, all orders are shipped with an official invoice declaring the truthful total amount of the merchandise purchased.
Shipments outside the European Community of items made of special leather, require an additional document for export called CITES (the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora). Further information could be found at: www.cites.org. The documents are granted by the "Fishing Wildlife and Game Custom" and require 14 working days to be processed. Because of the processing time, the shipment may be delayed.
We hope that you are happy with your order, but if you are not perfectly satisfied you can return your items within 14 days (weekend included) from the delivery date. Refunds will be made according to the method of payment used for the purchase within 7 days after your returned item(s) is received at our warehouse. Please ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags, accessories and original packaging.
Shoes must be returned with their original boxes, dust bags and cards. When you try them on stand on a carpeted surface to protect the soles. Please note due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept underwear returns and we will only accept swimwear if the protective hygienic strip is still in place and has not been tampered with. Any faulty item can be returned. Any item that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
Return must be shipped with DHL. Any return shipped with a different courier won’t be accepted.
HOW TO RETURN
1. Request the return by logging into your account and select the items you wish to return. You will receive a confirmation email with the Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the return instructions.
2. Place the items in a suitable box, (e.g. the one you got from TIZIANAFAUSTI.COM), pack the items safely and put the original invoice inside.
3. Fill out the Proforma Invoice that came with your order and complete details about the return.
4. Stick the self-adhesive return label to the parcel.
5. Contact your local DHL to arrange the pick up.
